The Discover phase also includes early-stage legal and structural considerations, ensuring that the business foundation is solid before development begins. By the end of this phase, we produce a clear roadmap, outlining product direction, growth strategy, risk mitigation, and scalable infrastructure planning. Discover ensures that we build on insight, not assumption.
